Business Impact Analysis

InScope delivers solutions that allow our clients to fully understand the value of their IT assets. Using our proprietary Fusion methodology, InScope engineers work with our clients to capture and categorize the systems that are critical to their overall mission. Working hand-in-hand, InScope and the client assess the overall impact associated with the loss of these assets and develop a detailed posture for prevention or dealing with system loss.

Mission Continuity Planning

InScope delivers solutions that guarantee that critical business functions will remain intact during a major disaster. InScope works with clients to convert the results of the business impact analysis into a clear and concrete plan for surviving a disaster. These mission continuity plans factor in both Recovery Point Objectives (RPO) and Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and drive the design of the technical DR mechanisms.

Disaster Recovery Planning

InScope delivers solutions that provide our clients with the technical design and deployment plans for Disaster Recovery. Using the results of the Business Impact Analysis, the InScope team works to refine standard DR profiles to meet each of our client’s specific needs. Whether the client requirements dictate the use of Cold DR techniques or the requirements are such that systems cannot be offline, InScope has a suite of templates that provide the framework for producing the right DR solution to meet system criticality.

Disaster Recovery Testing

InScope delivers solutions that ensure that the Disaster Recovery strategy our clients deploy will work in the event of an actual disaster. InScope understands that times of disaster are chaotic and that things never go as planned. With this in mind, InScope utilizes standard testing templates to provide our clients with end-to-end testing. Moving from “table-top” testing where procedures are developed, to “pull-the-plug” testing where the DR facilities are placed in production, InScope is there planning and executing every step of the way to ensure our client’s operational viability.
