Reston, VA, October 3, 2007 – InScope Solutions has been named a Rising Star in Deloitte & Touche USA LLP’s Technology Fast 50 program for Virginia.  The Rising Star award is a special designation for fast-growth companies that have been in business a minimum of three years, but less than five and is part of the Virginia Technology Fast 50 program, which ranks the 50 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications, and life sciences companies headquartered in Virginia.  Rankings are based on percentage revenue growth over three years (2004–2006).  This year’s Virginia Technology Fast 50 program is presented by Deloitte and sponsored by WilmerHale, NASDAQ and SmartCEO.

InScope’s business and technology capabilities span the disciplines of strategy, implementation, and operations with specialized expertise in Microsoft development and infrastructure, decision management, enterprise software and systems, and secure and optimized computing.

“The Deloitte Virginia Technology Fast 50 Rising Star companies have shown the strength, vision and tenacity to succeed despite a very challenging technology environment,” said Gary Tabach, Managing Partner for Deloitte’s Greater Washington practice.  “We applaud the successes of InScope and acknowledge its place as one of the few to accomplish such a fast growth rate over the past three years.”

“We are honored to be recognized by Deloitte and Wilmer Hale LLP, NASDAQ and SmartCEO for our strong performance,” said Mike Bruce, CEO of InScope Solutions. “Our next phase of growth will build upon our solid reputation as a solutions provider that helps federal and commercial clients maximize the value of their business and technology investments.”
