InScope Fusion Methodology

Fusion is InScope’s award-winning process framework for project delivery success that provides our team with a CMMI-compliant approach for delivering high quality, repeatable solutions and providing superior support to our customers. Our methodology was professionally reviewed by a lead appraiser certified by the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) and has earned us the CMMI Maturity Level 2 rating for Systems and Software Engineering (SE/SW).

Fusion combines Federal and Commercial best practices, resulting in cost benefits, enhanced schedule management and control, full project visibility, and greater customer satisfaction. We’ve employed Fusion successfully on projects in both government and commercial engagements. In addition to being CMMI compliant, we employ Fusion in accordance with best practices as defined by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
